Everyone that works there is amazing. Both in terms of being friendly as well as professional. This is my second time staying and I am simply just blown away. They need to all be recognized for their hard work and understanding of hospitality. The experience was better because of all of them.

I always stay at the mondrian when i come to LA.. The rooms are fabulous.. The pool and restaurant are also great. The concierge is super helpful about booking restaurants and finding nightlife for you. There are always fun events happening. There was free yoga in the sky lounge this trip, for example. I definitely recommend!

The room was of good size and the beds were comfy. It looked stylish but some aspects were feeling tired. There was a maintenance issue with the room and the gentleman on the front desk was very efficient and we had a workman come and fix the problem within 20 minutes. The general vibe of the place is for younger adult visitors that are in LA to party and want a hotel in a trendy area. It does not feel like a family or business hotel.

Iconic West Hollywood hotel, the rooms are large enough to not feel closed in. Most have a view that's worth taking in. The staff is not only lovely, they're helpful -- from the parking valets to the front desk, gift shop to restaurant. Beyond the infamous Sky Bar, the restaurant is California inspired. Delicious and a room that is worth lingering in. AND you're across from the Comedy Store, but in walking distance of almost anything you could need.

We loved everything about this place! All the staff were lovely, beds and rooms were comfortable, amazing restaurant downstairs and the rooms were always left spotless after the cleaners come in. We can’t wait to come back!
